Season 2 of Neighborhood Watch, entitled “The Quota” details a single night in the lives of Doc Midnight and his apprentice Ray Danner.  We follow Ray as he attempts to complete the assignment to stop 7 crimes in 1 night. We also follow Doc Midnight as he is revisited by people from his past, and encounter several hints to his future.   Click any of the images below to view the comic full screen right now, or download the PDF to view later. 


Initially, “The Quota” was available in two versions: Classic and Pulp.  The online viewing option is only for the classic version.  If you want to view the “Pulp” version you must download the PDF.  There is no Pulp version for Episode Nine or Ten. NOTE: Parts 3 and 4 of “The Quota” have been republished into a single PDF file in the Classic style.  My original intent was to release these parts as a single issue, so I have decided to republish.  I think the original impact of this issue was lost by splitting it into two parts.
